We keep cancellations simple and fair. This page explains when you can cancel free of charge and how refunds work. 1. April to September stays For stays with check in between April and September, excluding long weekends, cancellations made up to 5 days before your check in date are free and fully refunded, unless you booked a non refundable rate. Cancellations made within 5 days of check in, and no shows, are non refundable. 2. October to March stays Stays with check in between October and March are non refundable once booked. Long weekend stays are non refundable in every season. 3. Non refundable rates At the time of booking you may be offered our non refundable rate at a further 10 percent discount. Bookings made on this rate cannot be cancelled or refunded at any time, in any season. 4. How refunds work Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically reach your account within 5 to 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. 5. How to cancel Message us on WhatsApp at +91 81039 00900 or write to query@hnhstays.com with your booking reference. Our team will confirm your cancellation and your refund status in writing. 6. Changes instead of cancellations If your plans have moved rather than changed, ask us about shifting your dates. Date changes are subject to availability and any difference in rate, and are often better than cancelling.
